Daily Fantasy Golf Picks Preview | Byron Nelson Championship PGA 2018

It’s time for some Texas golf and the Byron Nelson Championship. And this year we’ll be playing at Trinity Forest Golf Club. I know what you’re wondering. What’s this place all about? And thank goodness I’m here to not really help you with that answer…..suckers.

The Trinity Forest Golf Club is a Par 71, 7380 yard test of golf. It’s a Bill Coore/Ben Crenshaw-design on a sand-capped landfill in rough and tumble South Dallas. A windswept, nearly treeless expanse of dunes, waving prairie grass, and fast, undulating turf. It’s a pure links course without the ocean nearby. This course has some long par 4’s and then some very short ones. It’s a risk reward golf course that will rely on the wind as it’s main defence. Some of the greens will accept your second iron shots and from what we’re told, some will repel them.

If you’re picking golfers this week, check out who plays best on link style courses and we’d tend to lean with some euros this week.

That’s it for the short preview. Next year we’ll have a little course history to go by, but for now, it’s a big crapshoot this week.
